The predominant area we serve is North Alabama. Home base is the Huntsville metro area (namely, Madison and Huntsville). Other areas of focus:

• Hoover and Greater Birmingham
• Franklin and the southern Nashville metro area
• Chattanooga metro area
• Tuscaloosa

We do work with clients in areas not mentioned. If this applies to where you are located, please contact us to discuss scheduling an appointment.

In some cases, we will ask that a minimum purchase amount be met. This is not to coerce, but to consider the cost of travel and value of time.

We will typically ask clients to set aside at least 30 minutes for an appointment, depending on the purpose. Appointments for new clients can take up to 90 minutes, allowing for the measurement process, looking at fabric swatches, going over design details and anything else that comes up. Established clients with set measurements have the option of in-person or phone appointments.

Generally speaking, clients can expect to receive their clothing in four to six weeks. Clients will be notified of any exceptions.

We do not offer women's tailored clothing, although we are asked occasionally. The explanation is simple: We believe in sticking to what you know and are passionate about.
